Pocono Raceway will host The Pocono 400 Sprint Cup Race on Sunday, June 10th, 2012. Yes, that's this Sunday! Many Pocono Mountain Festivities lead up to the big race every year, and 2012 is no different. All weekend there are activities such as wiffleball that will be free to infield patrons, and for the 21 and over, purchase select craft beers from Barley Creek Brewery. There is also the downtown Stroudsburg Pocono Raceway Festival at The Sherman Theater featuring delicious food vendors, fun games for all ages, and musical performances on several different stages. This is a FREE EVENT on Friday, June 8th, 2012. The Poconos most popular times of year is Race Weekend where people come from all over the country to be a part of their favorite sport at Pocono Raceway. See many cars in the race cruising through the Pocono Mountains towns and roads all week before the race, and get yourself a Perfect Pocono Mountain Rental Home right near the Racetrack! Kids, ages 12 and under, are admitted at half price to all Concourse Grandstand Sections.
