Big Bass Lake In The Pocono Mountains

Big Bass Lake is a Private Gated Community in Gouldsboro Pennsylvania of the Pocono Mountains. This Community Provides to its Residents Three Large Private Lakes with Large Mouth Bass, Sandy Beaches with Protected Swimming Areas, and Water for Sailing, Boating, or Canoeing. Winter Time in Big Bass brings new fun to the Lakes with Ice Skating and Ice Fishing. The Amenities in Big Bass Lake seem to be Endless.

Locust Lake Village

Locust Lake is Conveniently Located just off of Route 940 and is only minutes from both Blakeslee and Pocono Pines. It is also great in Location as its Nestled right into the Woods with Pa State Gamelands not far away! There are Four Different Lakes in this Tight Knit Community and it's Comprised of over 1,600 Properties. Skiing within Locust Lake can be done at their very own Ski Slope Slightly under 2,000 Feet! The Slope is going to be open soon with Winter right around the Corner!

Pilgrim Lake is 1.62 Acres and is the designated for Ice Skating!
East Lake is 5.24 Acres and is used for Fishing, Swimming, Having Picnics, Grilling Outdoors, and Playing Bocce. There is Food Concession Stand a Basketball Court, and a Baseball Field.
Pines Lake is 60.57 Acres and is used for Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Having Picnics, Grilling Outdoors, and Playing Bocce. Snacks for sale at the Concession Stand and Activities can be planned for the Community here.
Locust Lake is 16.3 and is used for Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Having Picnics, Grilling Outdoors, and Playing Bocce. Activities can also be planned here for Community Enjoyment.





WhiteWater Dam Release In Jim Thorpe

Come on down to the Poconos and enjoy the Spring weather! Welcome To Towamensing Trails

Towamensing Trails is no stranger Amenities. This Community offers to its residents a Private Pool, Beach, Basketball & Volleyball Courts, Ball Field, and Playground. The 190 Acre Lake is Full of Fish. Private Boats are free to Sail the Beautiful Lake as long as they are not Gas Powered. Right across the way from the Pool and Lake is the Towamensing Trails Community Center. This is where many Pocono Festivities and Recreational Activities may take place such as Halloween Parties, Easter egg Hunts, Memorial and 4th of July Celebrations, Teen Activities, Flea Markets, and many other fun filled activities. Towamensing Trails has its very own Lounge.

The Lounge is offered to Owners, Renters, and Authorized Guests. The Lounge offers alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. On many occasions, there are meals, snacks, music, and dancing available at the Lounge as well. During good weather, many activities are held outdoors and on the deck. The Lounge is Available in the Summer and Winter!
There is a Trails Lake & Tennis Club. It is a non profit private club which rents a portion of the Clubhouse.







Two Communities Near Pocono State Parks

With Spring technically here, The Pocono Mountains is gearing itself up for outdoor adventures. Come on down to The Francis E Walter Dam, The Lehigh Gorge, or The Tobyhanna State Park and have some outdoor fun. Take a walk through and breathe in the Fresh Mountain Air from the Lehigh River and the surrounding Trees and wildlife. Here are two Pocono Communities that are near Pocono State Parks. 

White Haven Poconos - This is a Get Away Community, but still has some Amenities including a Sandy Beach- Bath House and Pavillion. Residents usually love to enjoy the View on Sunrise Lake. They have an anual picnic which is a great oppurtunity to meet your neighbors and fellow Escape Artists.  Explore the very scenic and down to Earth paths all the way to Lehigh State Gorge Park which is right up the road.

Camelot Forest - Camelot Forest is basically a Nature Retreat Get away amongst the tiny town of Blakeslee. It backs right up to Pocono Lake Preserve in some parts as well. This Community offers its residents an average size parcel between a half to a full acre and public sewers. Amenities For Camelot forest include Two Lakes, Tennis Courts, and a nice sandy beach. Camelot Forest is only minutes away from The Francis E Walter Dam.

Fishing In The Poconos

Spring is officially here! Spring time in the Pocono Mountains brings in all the outdoor enthusiasts to spend their days at the many Parks, Bodies of Water, and other Outdoor Activities that the Poconos provides. The Entire Pocono Mountain Region has its 150 Lakes, 18 Waterfalls, 170 Miles of River, and The Deleware Watergap Recreation Area.

Miles of Hiking Trails run all through out the Mountain having State Parks including Tobyhanna State Park, Gouldsboro State Park, Hickory Run Forest, and much more. Fishing is one of the biggest Recreational Activities in the Pocono Mountains with the many Bodies of Water that run through the Mountain. Some Pocono Communities have their own Boat Launches and offer Sailing, Water Skiing, Canoeing, and much more. Here's a few fishing friendly Communities.

When Spring time rolls around, the Cold Pocono Winter air transforms into Warm and Crisp Spring Time Air and The Pocono Golf Season kicks off. The Setting of the Pocono Mountains creates a Beautiful Environment for Golfing with the Fresh Mountain Air, Sunshine, and Shade from the Pocono Trees. There is no shortage of accomodations if you are planning a Pocono Mountain Golfing Get Away.
